Information We Collect, Information You Provide
I. Account Registration. When creating an Account with us, information such as name, company name, address, email address, and phone number will be stored. If referring another individual or organization to our company, we may also collect their information.
II. Payment Information. Financial information such as a credit/debit card number added to your account is processed through our third-party payment system. Your financial information is not stored on our platform. We do however, have access to financial information through our third-party payment system, and may store it at any time.
III. Communications. We may receive additional personal information about you such as, but not limited to, your name, email address, phone number, message content, attachments sent, and additional information you choose to provide if you contact us directly. When you open an email from us, you may also get a confirmation.
Personal information necessary to set up an Account is required.
Information We Collect During Use of Our Services
I. Use of Tracking Technologies. As a service provider, certain information is collected automatically, and we store it in our log files. Using our Services, certain information may automatically be collected from your device. IP addresses, browser type, ISP, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, clickstream data, landing page, and referring URL can be included. A cookie will be placed on your device when visiting our Services to collect this information. In order for our services to recognize you, Cookies will contain amounts of information. When we have business needs that require the retention of personal information, we will store it. Those needs can include compliance with applicable legal, tax, or other monetary policies.

As a registered user, logging into our Services or emailing us will allow you to access some information tied to your account. Public Account activity prior to account deletion may remain stored on our servers and accessible to the public if you terminate your Account.
Reasonable steps to verify your identity before information maintenance and removal will be taken to protect your privacy and security. Periodically, we may store your provided information if needed for data recovery purposes. We may limit your access to your information if it inhibits Shadeform's ability to comply with legal orders, limits Shadeform's ability to process legal claims, leads to third party personal information disclosure, or results in a contract breach or disclosure of Shadeform's or a third party's trade secrets or private business information.
Your Data Protection Rights Under the General Data Protection Regulation
If you are an individual resident of the European Economic Area, you have the data protection rights listed below:
- Emailing us to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal information.
- Objecting to the processing of your personal information. That includes asking us to restrict the processing of your personal information, and requesting portability of your personal information. Emailing us allows you to exercise those rights.
- You have the right to opt-out of marketing messages we may send you. Clicking on the "unsubscribe" or "opt-out" link in the marketing emails we send you allows you to exercise that right. If you wish to opt-out of other forms of marketing, please email us.

The lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your consent withdrawal will not be affected. Your Choices
Even without registering, you can use certain Service features without registering.
